Welcome to krclass.lk (the “Website”), the official Learning Management System (LMS) for Kasun Ramanayake’s A/L Business Studies and Economics classes in Sri Lanka. The Website is operated by KR CLASS (PVT) LTD and designed/maintained by SEM Media.

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this site, registering for an account, purchasing a course, or accessing content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility
By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not meet this requirement, you may not use the Website.

3. Account Registration
To access courses and content, you may be required to register an account using your email or via third-party sign-in (such as Google Login). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account.

4. Use of Google Login
If you choose to sign in using Google Login, we will access only basic profile information (such as your name, email, and profile picture) in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We do not access your Google password or any other sensitive data.

5. Course Access & Licensing
When you purchase a course or recording, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal, educational use only.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Recording course videos or content using any software or hardware
  • Taking screenshots or capturing course material in any form
  • Screen sharing your account or platform content during classes or playback

Violations of these rules may result in a permanent ban from the platform.

6. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Dialog Genie. You agree to provide accurate billing information. KR CLASS (PVT) LTD is not responsible for any transaction failures or payment issues arising from the third-party payment gateway.

7. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Refunds will not be provided except where required by Sri Lankan consumer protection laws or where clearly stated otherwise.

8. Data Collection & Privacy
We may collect and store personal data such as your name, email, contact details, NIC number, school, parent/guardian contact (if applicable), and other data you provide or enter into the Website to facilitate enrollment, communication, and platform functionality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. User Conduct
As a user of krclass.lk, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purposes
  • Share or distribute course content without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Use another user’s login credentials
  • Record, screenshot, or screen share any content on the platform

KR CLASS (PVT) LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms.

Violating any of the Terms & Conditions listed above or our Privacy Policy may result in a permanent ban from the Website without any refunds for payments made for services or content offered on this platform.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on krclass.lk, including but not limited to videos, slides, quizzes, images, and text, is the intellectual property of KR CLASS (PVT) LTD or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the platform but do not guarantee that the Website will always be available. Maintenance, technical issues, or updates may result in temporary downtime.
